ROOM & BOOKING INFORMATION

Our initial Block of rooms consists of 30 rooms from July 30 - August 2, 2026.  When this Block fills up, we will attempt to add another Block, but the rates are not guaranteed to be the same.  The faster we fill our current block, the more chances we will have to negotiate keeping the same rate.

The rates below INCLUDES Executive Lounge Access for TWO registered guests.  The Executive Lounge Access includes food and beverage offerings, light snacks and a daily Buffet Breakfast.  You will be able to purchase additional access for up to 2 more guests at check-in for an additional fee of $15 each (including children).

*Important Note*
Over the last few years, we have had a HUGE amount of last minute cancellations of rooms which have led to us having to renegotiate with the hotel management to not penalize us for filling the rooms we have committed to for the weekend under our contract.  We cannot continue doing this.  To help we are asking:
 

• ONLY book a room if you KNOW you are attending the reunion
   

• If you are attending the reunion, please do not reserve multiple rooms for other people unless they have committed to coming to the reunion. We will monitor multiple bookings and will contact you periodically to confirm attendance

 

• We understand plans change, please cancel your room before the July 9, 2026 deadline.  We would prefer that you cancel well before the deadline in order to allow other family and friends to be able to reserve the room at the special $189 rate.  Any cancellations AFTER July 9, 2026, will NOT allow other family members to access that room and it's special $189 rate.
